Optional Day Trip - KalaUta
Board one of the famous hydrofoils and head across the lake to the southwestern shore where you will transfer to a smaller boat. Glide between the reeds as you apporach Kalauta, better know as "Island of the Dead". Photograph and examine the ancient funery towers where the Inca elite were burried. A short hike away is a small local village of the "living" side of the island.
